Solid-liquid separator is used to separate coarse solids from diluted raw pig manure.
The equipment is generally performed as a pre-treatment for subsequent manure treatment processes, reduce organic matter loading to storages/lagoons, reduce GHG emissions from long-term storages, facilitate pumping to distant fields/storages, and/or use of separated solids for stall bedding/compost media.
Introduction to inclined screen solid-liquid separator:
The development of modern animal husbandry and the rise of factory intensive farming have enriched people's material needs, but it has also brought about the proliferation of livestock and poultry wastewater, causing pollution to water sources, air, and the environment. The livestock manure treatment machine is a device used for dehydration of livestock manure and sewage in animal husbandry farms. It can separate the original manure and sewage into liquid organic fertilizer and solid organic fertilizer. Liquid organic fertilizer can be used for crop utilization and absorption, while solid organic fertilizer can be transported to fertilizer deficient areas for use, and can also improve soil structure. At the same time, it can be fermented to produce organic compound fertilizer. Use a matching submerged pump to deliver the raw manure water to the aquaculture manure treatment machine. Through the spiral shaft placed in the sieve, solid substances (dry manure) are squeezed and separated, and the liquid flows out from the outlet through the sieve.
Working principle:
The cutting type submersible sewage pump is used to send the original slag liquid into the solid-liquid separator, and the treated slag liquid is evenly distributed on the stainless steel inclined screen surface through overflow. Due to the small and smooth surface gap of the screen, the back gap is large, and the drainage is smooth and not easy to block; Solid substances are intercepted, and the filtered liquid flows out from the gaps in the sieve plate and is discharged from the drainage pipe; At the same time, under oblique action, solid substances are pushed into the spiral axis of the sieve, and the solid substances are separated by pressing, thus solid-liquid separation.

Usage of solid-liquid separator:
Step 1: The sewage is sucked up from the cesspool by the sewage pump. Through the slant 45 V-shaped wire screen, most of the water is filtered by gravity.
Step 2: The material flows to the spiral blade through the vibration motor and then is transmitted to the rotary drum screen filter by the spiral blade.
Step 3: In the drum screen, a part of the sewage flows out through the extrusion, and the extruded material comes out from the discharge port.
